Can we rent snowmobiles?
Yes. Maine Escapes does not rent snowmobiles directly to our renters; however, there are several companies in the area that rent snowmobiles. Please view the Equipment Rental page for more information.
Is there much to do in the area?
Yes. The Moosehead area has a wealth of activities including fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, hiking and moose watching and more. Check out Area Attractions for our listing.
Can I really see a moose?
Yes, you can. In fact there is even a guided moose safari you can take to explore moose habitat.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, you can. There is an additional surcharge of $5.00 per day per pet. You may also want to review our policies in Rental Terms (pdf) on pets.
